The management structure of the Laura Johnson Homes consists of:-
- Annually elected Board of Directors which meets monthly and is responsible for the overall operation of business of the Society.
- Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the development and performance of all services of the Laura Johnson Home, reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Director of Nursing Responsible for the development and performance of all Clinical services of the Laura Johnson Home and promoting the Lifestyle Model of care for residents and families within their chosen environment reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and directing work of all operational staff to ensure quality operational services are provided to the residents.
